Job Title: Youth Programs Instructor (Part-Time)

Position Description:

We’re looking for energetic and passionate individuals to join our team as a Youth Instructor! You’ll have the opportunity to work with kids in our Youth Climbing Club helping them grow their love for climbing by fostering a fun, supportive environment for young climbers to explore the sport and have a blast with other kids!

Starting Wage: $11/hour

Job responsibilities:

• Explaining and enforcing basic gym rules

• Managing large groups of children

• Running games, crafts, and challenges

• Availability during the week (specifically Tuesday, Thursday, and/or Friday evenings)
